Born and raised in Sweden, Dr. Logart comes from a land that is known today for effective dental care and a progressive attitude toward promoting oral health. The late 1960s and early 1970s saw Dr. Logart attending and graduating from the Royal Dental School in Stockholm. She followed this with three years in Swedish dental practice, and then moved to the United States of America. In 1973, she successfully passed the national boards and California state boards, and gained the right to practice dentistry in her new home.

She is a respected member of the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association and American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry. From 1982 to 1983, she held the position of president of the American Association of Women Dentists. In fact, she was honored on American Business Women's Day with a lunch at the White House in September of 1983, where she was hosted by the late President Reagan himself.
